How much time will this take from my team?

After the initial audit and assessment, majority of the heavy lifting moves to us and the MSP. Expect occasional check-ins (about an hour per quarter) so you always know what’s happening without getting buried in tech details.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No. SaddleBridge starts with a one-time project to assess and stabilize your systems, including MSP onboarding. After that, our advisory services are available on a retainer basis—but only if you need us. Some clinics keep us on for ongoing strategy and oversight; others wrap things up once the foundation is solid. MSP contracts typically run 1 to 5 years, but SaddleBridge stays only as long as we’re adding value.

Are there any hidden fees?
